Building a Bridge
Launched: February 15, 2008
BA21 was contacted by The Bridge, a Charlottesville non-profit providing supported living for adults with brain injury, in July 2007. It took much longer than anticipated, for various reasons, most of which where travel related, but The Bridge launched a brand new website and logo / print brochure last week.
The project consisted of 3 main elements:
- New Logo / Color Palette
- New Print Brochure Design
- New Website
WKR + Company
Complete design and simple logo for WRK + Company- a specialist in the grocery retail industry. The site is built completely on Wordpress making site management easy.
3D Forensics
Refreshed design and logo for a Northern Virginia-based computer forensics company. The site is built on PmWiki, a lightweight wiki engine which makes it easy for anyone to edit pages.
Charlottesville Racing Club
Launched: December 17, 2007
This is BA21's 4th bike-related website, following Cville Bike & Tri, Syclo Bicycles, and Buffalo2Step Race Photography. The owner of C'ville Bike & Tri contacted BA21 to work on a new website for the Charlottesville Racing Club (CRC) after the group decided it was time to upgrade their 7 year old website.
The old site suffered from the usual symptoms: stale content, poor navigation, inconsistent design, lack of community functions. BA21 worked closely with Craig over 2 months to develop the new dynamic website. The site is powered by Drupal, and has a number of useful features.
- Modern design
- Members Management
- Club Calendar
- Photo Gallery
- Community Forum
- Member Blogs
As you can see by visiting the new site, the community has totally embraced the added functionality. In the first month of the site launch over 30 new posts have been made by Club members!
National Insurance Store
http://nationalinsurancestore.com/
National Insurance Store has been providing families with independent insurance products for more than 20 years. This is the third revision of the site which includes a refreshed logo and is built entirely on Wordpress.
